R800 Table Lamp by Tony Wolfenden for Lightworks, 1970s
Very cool piece by, Design Institute of Australia Hall of Fame member, Tony Wolfenden! My glorious nonna had a set of Wolfenden designed Décor stacking cups that as a wee child I vividly remember sipping limoncello out of between rounds of biscotti and tombola 🇮🇹. Whilst UltraFragola advises against drinking limoncello out of this lamp you can totally see the modular/stackable design vibe that characterised a lot of Wolfenden’s work for Décor coming through. I’m so excited to have one of these on offer, FYI looks absolutely fantastic on a Componibili unit which I really need to get a photo of as proof so stay tuned!
